Location and Travel:
For Stephanie’s bachelorette we wanted to keep things a little more local to accommodate as many friends as possible! Orlando and it’s surrounding areas have really been on the rise the past couple years and none of us had been there to check out the bar and food scene in a while. This was perfect timing to go see what Orlando had to offer!
Where We Stayed:
Orlando AirBnB Orlando AirBnB
This AirBnB will give you ALL the mid-century modern vibes! Perfect for a group of six featuring three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two gorgeous bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen. The hosts really put thought behind all the beautiful furnishings, decor and the spa-like Turkish towels. The house even has a private yoga studio in the backyard and you can make reservations for private yoga sessions with the host.
Weekend Itinerary:
We loved that this house is situated in the eco-neighborhood of Audubon Park! Walkable to East End Market (food hall with cute shops and amazing Gideon’s Cookies) , Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream and a fun little dive/karaoke bar! Also a short drive to Downtown Orlando and the high-end shopping area in Winter Park.
Friday:
Arrive at AirBnB
Dinner at Santiago’s Bodega – This is a tapas style restaurant with some amazing hand crafted cocktails. We all picked a tapa or two to share with the table and everything was great!
Drinks at the Matador – Immediately next to Santiago’s Bodega is the Matador. This bar had a great atmosphere, outdoor patio, tasty drinks and pool tables.
Hit a fun dance club (check out Ono Nightclub, Shine, Gilt, EVE, One80, and ISHTA)
Saturday:
Brunch at Dexters (Winter Park Location)
Explore Winter Park (Rifle Paper Co, lululemon, Williams-Sonoma, and lots of adorable shops & boutiques)

Back to the house for pre-gaming and getting ready
Dinner at The Rusty Spoon
Bar Hopping! Here are some recommended bars:
Frosty’s – This is a year round Christmas themed bar. Everything decor wise is Christmas including a countdown until the next Christmas day! There is a fake snow machine that blows every 20 minutes or so and some holiday themed drinks.

Joysticks Arcade Lounge –This arcade bar is full off 80’s and 90’s nostalgia, fun games, and plenty of photo opportunities.
Celine – This bar/ dance club has multiple levels and includes a rooftop bar, a speakeasy, and a ballroom. There are a lot of live events or you can even rent it out for your own party.
Hansan’s Shoe Repair- We’ll let you figure out this one on your own 😉
Drag Show at The Parliament House – One of Orlando’s top gay nightclubs. When we were in Orlando they just so happened to have a ‘queens solute Queen’ show and I mean.. how do you NOT go to that!?

Sunday:
Homemade Recovery Brunch
Stopped at shopped at East End Market
Head Home
Area Recommendations:
Brunch:
Dexters has three locations in the Orlando Area, on Sundays they offer Bottomless Mimosas. Santiago’s Bodega offers an Brunch Buffet as well as bottomless Mimosas and sangria on both Saturday and Sunday
Lunch:
Although we didn’t stop at Tin&Taco, it came highly recommended by friends who live in the area. We found plenty of easy grab and go counters in the East End Market, so we kept heading back!
Dinner:
The Rusty Spoon had a wonderful farm to table style concept. The food was stellar but the service was less than.
Santiago’s Bodega has a killer tapas style dinner menu, perfect for sharing and has something for everyone! Food is wonderful and the sangria comes by the pitcher!
Kabooki sushi – hands down the best sushi and experience. Its on Colonial and doesn’t look like much from the outside but its amazing.
Kres chophouse – the best Orlando steakhouse and its right on Church street in the downdown Orlando area.
Dovecote Brasserie – Fancier French place on Orange Ave with the best creme brûlée.
Food Tour: We looked into Orlando Food Tours, a fun food tour in Audubon neighborhood but time didn’t permit!
Other Area Attractions: Disney World, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, City Walk, ICEBAR, Spiltsville Luxury Lanes, Amway Center (concert, Magic game)
Finishing Touches:

We purchased the XO, Fetti kit from Amazon, it included sash, veil and crown for the bride, flash tattoos for the group, and a banner!
The bride had some special favors for everyone: a reusable cup, koozie, drinking buddy and mini bottle of champagne! We did end up switching out her bottle of champagne when she wasn’t looking though . 😉

Budget Breakdown:
AirBnB: $578, two nights
Favors: $85 (gift from the Bride)
Decorations: $13.99 XO, Fetti Kit
Brunch: approx ~ $30pp
Dinner: approx ~ $40pp
